When you call in to communicate with ChiroUp, we may record the call for our internal business purposes described further below. In some instances, ChiroUp may collect information that may be used, directly or indirectly, to identify you (“Personal Information”). 

Before a call is recorded, we will notify you at the beginning of the conversation. Your continued participation in the call serves as your consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may:

  • Notify the support agent to disable recording (if applicable); or
  • Choose alternative support methods, such as email or live chat. Note, however, that these options may also be subject to monitoring and recording.

We strongly advise you not to disclose sensitive Personal Information, such as financial details or login credentials, over the phone or in other communications with ChiroUp.
