A patient's appointment panel will detail which surveys have and will be sent to the patient and when. You can view this on the Surveys tab of the appointment panel. 

When you request surveys using the Request Info bar of the appointment booking panel, these surveys will queue to be sent with the appointment reminder. 

To cancel a survey request from being sent click Cancel. 

When you need to request information for a patient whose appointment is already booked, click the Request Info button on their appointment panel. 

Then, select the surveys you would like to send, then choose if you want to send the surveys now, or when they receive the appointment reminder!
