How to import codes to a purchase

The easiest way to add codes to a purchase is by using the Import & Point button in the Plan Wizard.

When you click this button:

  • ChiroUp will automatically link diagnosis codes to those services using the same pointing from the most recent visit.
  • If no prior pointing exists (or if there is no prior visit), the first four diagnoses from the Assessment will automatically be pointed to the service codes.

Your diagnosis and service codes will import and you have the option to edit diagnosis pointing from this screen.

You also have the option to add an insurance policy from this screen, or you can add it from the patient purchase.
