When a provider won't be available during their normal hours, you can add in a Date Override to gray-out their schedule so that staff can easily remember which dates/times a provider is unavailable.
Here's how to add a block to a provider's schedule:
1) In the bottom right corner of the schedule, click the gear icon. Click Add Block.


2) Enter block details - name, clinicians, date, time, and color.

3) Click Save!

💡Pro tips!
- Users on your ChiroUp account can still book appointments over these time blocks. Patients using online schedule cannot book over blocked time.
- To EDIT a block, navigate to Clinic Settings > Users > Schedule > Date Overrides.
