The Unsigned SOAP Note Report allows you to quickly identify any SOAP Notes that you still need to sign! 

Here's how to access the Unsigned SOAP Note Report:

1)  Select the Reporting tab located in the left-side panel.

2) Select Clinical and then Unsigned SOAP Notes. 

3) Select your date, provider, and/or location filters. This report will show all SOAP Notes that have not been signed for your given filters. 

Click any line item to navigate directly to that note.
