You can deliver a condition report via email or text. However, if you prefer to download the report for saving on your computer or uploading it to another system, follow the instructions below:

Here's how to download a condition report as a PDF: 

1) Create a condition report ‍or an exercise plan‍ 

2) Click the print icon in the upper right-hand corner.

3) Select "Save as PDF" for your destination.
