How patients will schedule online

Patients can schedule appointments online in one of two ways:

  1. Through HealthCom, the patient portal
  2. Using your clinic's scheduling link.

HealthCom

1. Navigate to healthcom.io

2. Log in securely using their Mobile Phone or Email address. 

3. Healthcom is password-less! Patient's validate their identity through a secure one-time code. 

4.  Right from their home page, they'll click Book

 

5. Patients will select their Treatment.

6. Patients will select a provider. 

7. The patient will select from the provider's available appointment dates and times.

8. Once the patient has confirmed their appointment details and, if applicable, added a payment method, they can complete the booking by clicking Book Appointment.

Here's the confirmation screen patients will see after successfully booking their appointment: 

 
 

You'll create your clinic's unique scheduling link in Clinic Settings > Location. 

Use the copy icon to copy the URL. You add this link to your clinic's website! 

When patient's navigate to this website, they'll start the booking process. 

1. Patients will select their treatment. 

 

2. Patients will select a provider. 

 

3. The patient will select from the provider's available appointment dates and times.

 

4. Before patients confirm their appointment, they'll sign in using their phone or email. 

 

5. Instead of a password, patients will verify their identity using a one-time secure verification code. 

6. Patients will confirm appointment details before clicking Book Appointment to schedule their appointment with your clinic.
