✨ Patient Disability Surveys & Demographic Request Expiration: Disability surveys and demographic requests that are texted or emailed to your patients will expire 7 days after a link is set. Click here to learn how to send a disability survey in ChiroUp.

🚀 Patient Verification for Sensitive Infomation via Text/Email: Patients will be required to verify themselves before completing any disability survey or demographic request. A 6-digit code will be sent to them via text or email and entered in order to complete the survey.
