Marking a complaint as PRN

In the Assessment Wizard, you can mark a complaint as PRN ("as needed").

When you mark a complaint as PRN, your SOAP Output will include notation in the Assessment portion that the “[Complaint] has been marked as PRN. No specific treatment plan is established for the patient as their care is provided on an as-needed basis (PRN).”


To mark a complaint as PRN, simply toggle ON the PRN switch in the Assessment Wizard.
