For quick, easy, and efficient note-taking, the ChiroUp SOAP Wizard will carry over your Assessment and Objective findings from visit to visit. This article outlines more information about how this happens. 

Encounters are created when the patient checks-in for their appointment. At this time, information from the most recent encounter will pull into the encounter for today's visit. Only information entered in the most recent encounter on the same track will populate into today's encounter. 

If you are updating older encounters, information entered will not carry over into encounters that have already been created - ChiroUp will not edit any notes that already exist. In order for information to carry over, it must be entered in the most recent encounter at the time of check-in.
