You can customize which SOAP Details populate in your SOAP Note output. These Details include Modalities, Tests, Vitals, and Exercise preferences. 

This includes any notes added to modalities or exercises!

Here's how to customize what SOAP Details populate into your Note: 

1. Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select User settings.

2. Select the SOAP Preferences tab. 

3. Scroll to the SOAP Note Details section. 

4. Toggle ON the details you would like to populate into your note! 

5. After signing your note you'll see this information populate into the Detail section at the bottom!
