Here's how a provider can add a supplement & supply to an encounter: 

1) Navigate to the Plan Wizard within the patient's encounter.

2) Under the Supplements & Supplies section click the RX icon. 

3) Select your supplement or supply from the drop-down field. (populated from your supplements & supplies database) Click Add. 

4) After clicking Save, the supplement/supply will show within the Plan Wizard.
