ChiroUp's Email Report gives an overview of all emails sent and the status of that email (whether it is delivered, opened, or bounced).
To access the Email report, navigate to Reporting on the left side navigation bar and then to Admin > Email Reports.

The Email Report will show you:
- When the email was Sent
 - The patient receiving the email (Click the icon next to any patient name in the Patient Column to navigate to their patient record)
 - The patient's email address
 - The email type (Appointment reminder, Condition Report, Request Info, etc)
 - The status (Delivered, Opened, Bounced)
 
Click open any line item on the Email Report to view timeline details and access a link to the related item in ChiroUp (the Condition Report, Request Info chart entry, appointment, transaction, etc).

💡Pro Tip:
You can see each time a patient opens an email by viewing the timeline!
Why did my email bounce?
Emails can bounce for a variety of reasons - most likely due to an invalid email address.
Additionally, emails sent to patients through ChiroUp may bounce if the patient’s email server is not secure. ChiroUp uses TLS (Transport Layer Security) to send emails securely, but if the patient’s email server does not support TLS, the message will not be delivered to protect PHI. Most major email servers use TLS (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc).
