Here's how to generate a batch of statements:
1. Select the Billing tab from the left side panel.
2. Navigate to the Ledger tab and then to Statements.
3. Click Generate Statements to start your batch statement generation.

4. Select your parameters for your batch of statements
- Date Range: Select the range of purchase dates you want to include on the statements.
- Type: Choose whether to display payments, invoices, or both.
- Payors: Specify whether the statements should reflect amounts for the patient, payor, or both.
- Locations: Select the relevant location(s) to include.
- Clinicians: Choose which clinician’s purchases you’d like to generate statements for.
- Minimum Balance: Generate statements only for accounts with balances greater than this amount.
- Due Date: Select a due date to display on the statements.
- Exclude Paid Invoices: Check this box to omit fully paid invoices from the statements.

5. Click Generate Statement.
The system may take a few moments to generate your batch of statements.
6. Once your batch of statements is generated, you will see notated below.

7. Download the statements!
To download a single PDF file containing all generated statements, click this button:

To download a Zip Folder of individual PDF files for each generated statement, click this button:
