Here's how to locate your patient's HealthCom username in ChiroUp:

1) Navigate to the General tab in the patient's record to view the patient's HealthCom username. 

Here's how your patient can locate their username in HealthCom:

1) The patient will navigate to Healthcom.io. 

2) Click on 'forgot your username'

3) The patient will be prompted to enter their email address. Clicking 'Send Username' will send to them an email containing their HealthCom username.
