Enable email notifications to receive alerts when a patient schedules an appointment online. You can customize the notifications by provider and patient type! 

Here is how to enable online scheduling notifications: 

1. Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select Clinic settings.

2. Select the Users tab. 

3. Click the Schedule button for the provider you'd like to enable scheduling notifications for. 

4. Click the Online Booking tab.

5. Toggle ON Enable Notifications for Online Bookings. 

6. Select the Destination where you'd like the email reminders to go (either the provider's email address, clinic email address, or both). 

Hint: the Provider's email address is the email they use to log into ChiroUp, and the clinic email address can be found in Clinic Settings > Locations. 

7. Select they patient type you'd like email notifications for (either new patients, existing patients, or both). 

8. Remember to click Save!
