Can I reorder how my treatments appear on my scheduling site?
Yes! The order of the treatments on your online scheduling site will reflect the order in which they are in your ChiroUp account.
Navigate to Clinic Settings > Disciplines
To reorder the treatments, simply click the three lines next to the treatment name and drag and drop!
Remember to Save, and then your treatments will also display in your selected order on your online scheduling site.
How do I restrict when certain treatment types can be booked?
You can customize when specific treatments can be booked. To do this, navigate to Clinic Settings > Disciplines > Click Edit to Select your Treatment.
Select the Online Booking tab.
Under Scheduling Options, select Custom Schedule.
Under Available Days, select the days of the week this treatment should be available.
This will add the day to the customizable options. Next, you'll need to select the time frame in which you want to allow this treatment type to be booked.
- To restrict a treatment to only specific Start Times, select Available Start Times and enter the Start Time(s) available for this treatment.
- For example, the settings below mean that the New Patient Exam is only available for online booking on Monday at 9:00am and 2:00pm. This means that patients cannot book a New Patient Exam outside of those times.
- To restrict treatments to a specific Time Frame, select Available Time Frames and enter the Time Frame(s) available for this treatment.
- For example, the settings below mean that the New Patient exam is only available for online booking on Wednesdays anytime between 1:00pm-4:00pm.
How do I allow double booking online?
To assign a ‘maximum’ amount of appointments that can be scheduled by patients online for one time block, navigate to Clinic Settings > Users >Schedule.
For each provider who allows online booking, you can open up their schedule and enter the max appointments allowed for online booking for each schedule entered.
In the above example, there can be a maximum of two appointments booked online in one time block.
Please note that this is specific to online scheduling. Users on your account can schedule any number of appointments as needed.
