In ChiroUp, every user has an assigned role— Admin, Provider, Front Office, Biller, Clinical Assistant, Content & Database Editor, and Business Manager.
Each role has its own level of permissions and access. You can assign multiple roles to one user.
Here is a general overview of each role:
- System Admin: the users who configure the system and manage the account
 - Provider: the users who perform clinical services and are the rendering provider on claims
 - Biller: the users who are responsible for billing tasks and managing claims
 - Front Office: the users who are front office and administrative personnel
 - Clinical Assistant: the users who are medical assistants who help perform basic clinical tasks
 - Content & Database Editor: the users who are authorized to make edits to any of the clinical and billing databases
 - Business Manager: the users who perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks
