ChiroUp's “Copy exercise info” feature allows you to copy an exercise summary to paste it into your SOAP note or other reports.
Here's how to copy exercise info from the condition or exercise report:
1) In the upper right-hand corner of your report, click on the ellipsis icon (three dots) to display additional action items.
3) Click Copy exercise info
4) Click Copy to copy the text to your clipboard.
5) Paste the text to your desired location (i.e. SOAP note plan, etc).
Here's how to copy exercise info from the patient record:
1) Navigate to the patient record and click Exercises.
2) Click the Copy icon to produce a summary.
3) Click Copy to copy the text to your clipboard.
4) Paste the text to the desired location (i.e. SOAP note plan).
