Your modalities database is home to all modalities that your clinic offers. It is important to add each modality so they can be ordered during an encounter. The provider can order modalities within the Plan Wizard, and they can also be added in the Modalities detail module by staff.
Here's how to add a modality to your database:
1) Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select Databases.
2) Then, navigate to the Modalities tab.
3) Click the +Add button.

4) Enter modality details:
- Name
- Suggested intensity
- Suggested time
- Icon
- Associated billing code - don't forget this step, this allows you to bill for the modality in your encounter!
Remember to Save!

5) Continue adding each modality your clinic offers!

After populating your modalities database, Customize your Plan Wizard to select which modalities you want to make available for quick selection while note taking.
