Your SFTP password is required to connect your TriZetto integration with ChiroUp. SFTP passwords expire every 365 days; you will receive communication from TriZetto when your SFTP needs updating.
This article guides you through the process of updating your SFTP in both TriZetto and ChiroUp to ensure smooth claims processing.
🚨 Note: It is critical to update your SFTP in both TriZetto and ChiroUp. If you do not, claims will not send from ChiroUp to TriZetto, and ERAs will not be received back into ChiroUp.
Here's how to update your SFTP in TriZetto:
1. Log into your TriZetto account.
- Select My Account
 - Click the Toolbox icon
 - Select Manage SFTP Password under Manage Products
 

Reset your new SFTP Password.

Once your SFTP Password is reset in TriZetto - Navigate to ChiroUp to updated there as well!
Here's how to update your SFTP in ChiroUp:
Navigate to Clinic Settings > Billing > Profiles.

Select your billing profile and scroll to TriZetto Credentials. Enter your updated SFTP in the TriZetto Password field.

Click Test Credentials. If you've entered a valid SFTP password, you'll get the green Credentials Valid message.
If you get a Credentials invalid message, double check that you're entering the correct SFTP password.

Remember to click Save!
💡Pro Tips:
Make sure you update your SFTP for every billing profile you use to send claims to TriZetto.
Late to updating your SFTP and need to make sure all your claims are submitted and ERAs received?
- Any claim you've submitted when your SFTP is expired will need to be resent. These should all be in the Submitted status (claims received by TriZetto will have updated to the Received status, based on the acknowledgement message returned by TriZetto).
 - You can work these claims in a batch - simply select your claims, update the status to Rejected and then Submit again.
 - Any ERAs that weren't received when your SFTP was expired will automatically populate into your ChiroUp account - no additional action required!
