If you are not using an integrated clearinghouse in ChiroUp, you can upload your electronic remittances into your ChiroUp account. They will automatically match to the associated claims and parse the remittance information. Only 835 ERA files should be uploaded.

Navigate to the Billing module, and then to the ERAs tab. 

Click the Upload button.

Select the appropriate billing profile and upload your file! 
 

Once the upload is complete, you'll see your ERA upload listed along with any other ERAs in your account.
