ChiroUp's SOAP Wizard has integrated billing codes within the Plan Wizard. Selections with billable units indicated can be imported to the patient's purchase  by clicking Import Charges. Items under Evaluation & Management, Treatments, and Rehab are defaulted to all accounts - see the connected billings codes below. 

(note: selections within Imaging & Tests, Supplements & Supplies, and Modalities are fueled by their respective database. Remember to associate the corresponding billing codes for these items within their databases.
