Using ChiroUp with an Aloha Integration

When you integration your ChiroUp account with your Aloha account, you can start sending appointment reminders through Aloha. This article will walk you through how to turn off appointment reminders in ChiroUp after you've enabled Aloha appointment reminders. 


Here's how to turn off appointment reminders in ChiroUp: 

We will turn off reminders for each individual Treatment type. Edits made to reminder settings in the Scheduling tab apply only to appointments booked moving forward. Instead, disabling reminders under per Treatment under the Discipline tab will apply immediately to all appointments. 

1. Navigate to Clinic Settings and then to the Disciplines tab. 

 

2. Click Edit on a Treatment type

 

3. Scroll down to check the setting for Suppress Reminders. Click Save!

 

4. Repeat for each treatment type in order to suppress all reminders from sending from ChiroUp.


What about the automated Chief Complaint Survey that sends with my appointment reminders?

If a patient does not have an active complaint prior to their appointment, ChiroUp will automatically send the Chief Complaint Survey along with their appointment reminder. Please note that turning off appointment reminders in ChiroUp will prevent the Chief Complaint Survey from sending ahead of time, and it will only be available upon check-in. 

However, if you still would like to send the Chief Complaint Survey ahead of time to your patients, we recommend manually requesting the CCS when you book an appointment for a new patient. To do so, simply select the Chief Complaint Survey in the Request info bar of the appointment booking panel.
