Unless you opt out of Outcome Tracker post-care survey, your most satisfied patients will automatically have the opportunity to rate your practice on Google.
The responses to question #1 (How much better do you feel as compared to initially?) and question #4 (How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?) on the post-care survey will determine whether your patient receives a Google review request or not.
A patient must indicate at least a 30% overall improvement on question #1 AND score you a 9 or 10 on question #4 in order to receive the request. A sample of the Outcome Tracker post-care survey can be seen below.
💡 Pro Tip: You have the ability to manually send Google review requests to your patients email from your Dashboard or directly from the patient's record.
