ChiroUp’s Post-Care Survey outcome tracker is a concise 4-question survey sent automatically to your patients 30 days following their treatment. This survey holds significant value as it not only prompts patients to leave you a Google review‍ but also collects valuable insights‍ into their experience at your office— and you don't even need to lift a finger!  

We always recommend keeping the Post-Care survey running, but you do have the option to disable the survey if desired.   

Here's how to turn off the Post-Care survey:

1) Navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner and select Clinic settings.

2) On the General tab, switch the toggle OFF to disable the Post-Care survey.

3) Remember to hit Save!
