What is the Net Promoter Score (NPS)?

Your Net Promoter Score (NPS) utilizes the response to question #4 on the post-care survey: How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?

Promoters
Neutral
Detractors
9-10
7-8
0-6

Your possible NPS score ranges from -100 to +100 and is determined by subtracting the average % of detractors from the average % of promoters. I.e., if you have twenty total patients, and ten rate you as a 9 or 10, while the other ten rate you as a 6 or below, your NPS would be 0. (50-50=0).
