Warning
Any changes made to a condition reference will be reflected on any condition reports prescribed for that condition going forward.
To Edit a Condition Reference:
1) Navigate to the Clinical skills tab located in the navigation bar, and select Condition reference.
2) Search for and select the condition you wish to edit.
3) Press the Edit button in the top right corner.
4a) Select the General tab to edit the name, region, description, patient video, or clinical image.
4b) Select the Management tab to edit the clinical evaluations, treatment techniques, my treatment descriptions, ADLs, exercise phase 1 and 2, or the contra indicated exercises.
5) Press Save ('For me only': only the edits will be visible to you; 'As default for ___': the edits will be visible to all users in your clinic).
