If your patient cannot log into the app, Healthcom.io, it is likely from one of the following issues:
1) Patient cannot remember their username
Solution 1: your clinic can access the username from the patients' record in ChiroUp
Solution 2: your patient can access their username by clicking "forgot username" from the Healthcom.io log-in page: https://healthcom.io/
2) Patient cannot remember their password
Solution 1: Your clinic can generate a temporary password & send a new password link from the patient's record in ChiroUp: "reset password."
Solution 2: Your patient can reset their password by clicking "forgot password" from the Healthcom.io log-in page: https://healthcom.io/
