ChiroUp users have the option to manually send a Google review request to their patient either directly from the patient's record or from the Dashboard.
To Manually Send Google Review Requests From the Patient Record:
1) Navigate to the patient's record and select Request review.
2) Select Request.
💡Pro Tip: Make sure when creating a new patient record to include their email address so the email will automatically populate in the box.
To Manually Send Google Review Requests From the Dashboard:
1) Select the Dashboard tab located in the navigation bar.
2) Scroll down to the Marketing header and select Request review.
3) Enter the patient's email, and select Request to automatically send a link to your patient's email address.
